What data we collect

Tasklog Business collects the information you provide when your account is created by your organisation administrator: your name, email address, and role. Task data, comments, and notifications are stored on infrastructure operated by the Tasklog Business service provider.

How data is stored

All data is stored on a server operated by the Tasklog Business service provider. Your data is not shared with or sold to any third party. Push notification delivery uses the Web Push standard via your browser provider (e.g. Google for Chrome, Mozilla for Firefox).

Cookies and sessions

A single authentication cookie is set on login. It is marked HttpOnly and is not accessible to JavaScript. No third-party cookies or tracking pixels are used.

Data retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. Deactivated accounts retain their task history. To request deletion of your data, contact your organisation administrator.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or request that it be deleted. To exercise any of these rights, contact your organisation administrator.

Infrastructure

Tasklog Business is hosted on Google Cloud Platform infrastructure. No other sub-processors have access to your data.
